MOONROAD is an independent card specialty store that assists customers with submission arrangements. Collectors from Hong Kong and Macau are welcome to use our service. Macau customers can contact us via WhatsApp or Instagram to discuss delivery arrangements.

Submission Process (Three Steps)

  1. Inquire for a Quote: Contact us via WhatsApp, Instagram, or email, stating the card type and quantity. We will provide a quote based on the grading agency and service category (inquiries for quotes are welcome).
  2. Drop off Cards at Store: Visit MOONROAD's Hong Kong store for drop-off. Our staff will count, conduct a preliminary condition check, and record the cards on the spot. Separate arrangements are made for Macau customers.
  3. Submission and Card Collection: We will securely package and arrange for submission to the grading agency. Once completed, we will notify you to pick up your cards at our store or arrange for delivery.
