1. 適用範圍
本政策適用於 www.moonroadhk.com 的網上訂單。

2. 配送方式、地區及費用
可用的配送方式、配送地區、運費及任何免運優惠會於結帳頁面顯示，並以顧客下單時的結帳資料為準。符合資格的香港訂單滿 HK$500，如結帳頁面顯示免運，將可享免費配送。

3. 處理及送達時間
訂單處理及預計送達時間會視乎商品狀態、配送方式及承運商而定。結帳或訂單通知所示時間僅屬估算，並非保證送達日期。惡劣天氣、假期、承運商延誤或其他非本店可合理控制的情況可能影響送達。

4. 地址及重新派送
顧客須提供完整、正確的收件地址及聯絡資料。訂單寄出後未必能更改地址。因資料錯誤、無人收件或拒收而產生的重新派送或退回費用，須由顧客承擔。

5. 收貨檢查及問題申報
請於收貨時檢查外箱及商品。如有缺件、錯貨或運送損壞，請在到貨後 7 日內電郵 info@moonroadhk.com，並提供訂單編號、相片及由未開封運送外箱開始、不間斷拍攝的開箱影片。本店會按證據及退貨與退款政策作出評估，但不影響任何依法不得排除的權利。

6. 退貨運費
除非法律另有規定或本店書面確認，退回商品的運費不由本店承擔。詳情請參閱退貨與退款政策：

SHIPPING POLICY (ENGLISH)

1. Scope
This policy applies to online orders placed at www.moonroadhk.com.

2. Delivery methods, destinations and charges
Available delivery methods, destinations, charges and free-shipping offers are shown at checkout and the checkout information at the time of order prevails. Eligible Hong Kong orders of HK$500 or more receive free delivery when the offer is displayed at checkout.

3. Processing and delivery estimates
Processing and estimated delivery times depend on product status, the selected method and the carrier. Any time shown at checkout or in an order notice is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Severe weather, public holidays, carrier delays and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

4. Address accuracy and redelivery
Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address and contact details. Address changes may not be possible after dispatch. Redelivery or return charges caused by incorrect details, failed delivery or refusal may be charged to the customer.

5. Inspection and reporting
Please inspect the parcel and products upon delivery. Missing items, incorrect items or transit damage must be reported within 7 days after delivery to info@moonroadhk.com, with the order number, photographs and a continuous unboxing video starting from the unopened shipping carton. We assess claims from the evidence and our Refund Policy, subject to rights that cannot legally be excluded.

6. Return shipping
Unless required by law or confirmed by us in writing, return shipping costs are not covered by us. See:
