Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q1: How can I clean and maintain the rubber desk mat?
We recommend gently wiping surface dust with a damp soft cloth. Do not use strong acid or alkaline cleaners or scrub the fabric surface with a brush. Air dry naturally in a cool, well-ventilated place.
Q2: Is this desk mat suitable for Pokémon (PTCG) or Yu-Gi-Oh (YGO) card games?
It is very suitable. The 600mm × 340mm size is a standard TCG playmat specification. The fabric surface is smooth and does not snag cards, and the non-slip rubber backing ensures the mat stays in place during gameplay.
Q3: Will I be notified of the arrival time after submitting a pre-order?
Yes, once pre-ordered items arrive at MOONROADCARD STORE, we will notify customers immediately to arrange pickup or courier delivery.
